6. Shipping & Pick-Up

We currently offer local pickup. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. You’ll receive instructions via email when your order is ready.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at fromthesugarjar@thesurprisebaker.com within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right.

8. Dog-Friendly Home Bakery 🐾

The Surprise Baker bakes with love in a private home kitchen that is shared with a sweet and clean, well-cared-for dog. While the baking space is kept tidy and separate from pet areas, we know some fairy friends are extra sensitive. If you have severe pet allergies, we recommend exercising caution when ordering, as we cannot guarantee a completely pet-free environment.
